岗位职责/职位描述
Maintain pool cleaning equipment in good working area, reporting problems to Maintenance 维护泳池设备正常运转，报告维修问题。 Check all areas to ensure the guest safety & security when off duty. 每天结束后必须清查负责的水区域。 Greet and escort guests to lounge chairs and present towels引领客人至休息区并提供毛巾。Recommend food and beverage facilities to guests using the pool area and assist fellow Food and beverage service staff when needed. Be able to sell swimming related products.热情为泳客提供酒店酒水订餐服务，在需要时协助餐饮部员工。能够提供销售泳衣泳具等服务。 Handle basic billing procedures such as miscellaneous charges for sports能够准备杂项收费单，协助客人办理结账。 Supervise swimming activities in the pool area，especially children’s swimming activities and maintain a watchful eye of guest safety监督泳池内发生的所有活动， 尤其是儿童。高度关注客人生命安全。 leave the guest alone in swimming pool for safety concern. Take immediately action to save the life in case of any accident. Proactively remind the guest in a friendly way.坚守岗位,人不离池，密切注意池内泳客的情况，主动友善的提醒客人针对险情及时抢救，保证泳客的生命安全。Good communication skill. Be able to provide prompt, efficient and courteous services to guests, members and visitors.具有良好的沟通能力，向客人、会员和来访者提供及时、高效和礼貌的服务。 Maintain public notice board for accuracy on daily basis.每日更新水温水质公示栏上的内容，确保准确。 Maintain responsibility for cleanliness of swimming pool and immediate surrounds维护泳池及周边区域清洁卫生。 Maintain current First Aid and CPR qualifications 有熟练水中救生和陆地人工呼吸抢救等资质证。 Alert the guest not to jump the water or naughty around the pool for safety reason.严格执行游泳规定，礼貌劝阻泳客勿在池边跳水追逐打闹。 Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel’s emergency response procedures, particularly in the event of drowning, cyclones, storms熟悉应急反应程序，尤其是针对溺水、暴雨 和风暴情况下的应对。 |
