Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager Position Summary: The Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF) is seeking top talent for its Technical Project Manager. The Technical Project Manager will join the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) within MJFF鈥檚 Strategy & Planning Department. The Strategy & Planning department plays a critical role in advancing MJFF鈥檚 mission by aligning operational plans with strategic priorities. Strategy & Planning works alongside the Finance and Technology departments within the Administration business unit. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different departments. The successful candidate will have a proven history managing successful enterprise-level technology projects involving both technical and non-technical team members. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the organization's strategic objectives.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Manage cross-functional technology projects, including the implementation/enhancement of technical solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand project requirements, timelines, and resource needs.Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood, and that deliverables meet quality standards.Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project sponsors and stakeholders.Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the organization's strategic goals.Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, requirements documents, and status reports.Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders as needed.Continuously improve project management processes and practices.Qualifications and Skills: A proven track record of successfully managing enterprise technology projectsExperience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira required.Strong technical expertise and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different departments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $125,000. In addition to salary, The Michael J.
