According to the international report by Speedtest by Ookla, Hong Kong’s results in December 2023 are as follows. On the Mobile Network, Hong Kong’s average download speed was 61.48Mbps, upload speed was 12.63Mbps, latency was 17ms, ranking dropped to 44th globally.

As for Fixed Broadband, Hong Kong’s average download speed was 259.02Mbps, upload speed was 266.63Mbps (185.41Mbps last month), latency reached 4ms, both download and upload speeds increased, ranking 2nd globally.
