Aldburg Public S.A. is the issuer of the certificates, warrants and notes, whileCirdan Capital Management Ltd acted as arranger of the transaction.

The DWF team which handled the capital market aspects of the renewal was formed by partner Luca Lo Pò, European head of the firm's debt capital market practice, and Senior Associate Marta Tiraboschi. 

The GSK Stockmann firm acted as listing agent with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.

The renewal of Aldburg Public's base prospectus follows that of the base prospectus of SmartETN PLC, an Irish-registered securitization vehicle. The capital market activities inherent in the renewal of the base prospectus were also handled by partner Luca Lo Pò and Senior Associate Marta Tiraboschi of DWF.

Arthur Cox acted as listing agent with Central Bank of Ireland.
