高效液相色谱-串联质谱法 (HPLC-MSn) 是一种高灵敏和高选择性定量分析方法,然而进行HPLC-MSn分析时基质效应会影响分析方法 的特异性,精密度和准确度.本文结合国内外文献,对分析过程中基质效应产生原因,评价基质效应的方法 以及如何降低或消除基质效应进行了综述.%High-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry is a powerful analytical technique for quantitative bioanalysis due to its inherent high sensitivity and selectivity, however, When developing an HPLC-MSn method matrix effects are a major issue, which impact on accuracy, precision and accuracy of bioanalytical methods. The review summarizes the producing mechanisms, assessment methods and reducing or eliminating strategies of matrix effect.
