Let me first say that not everyone will feel the pain that we did at this hotel. The food was good, the room was very good as well. The real problems at this hotel start outside the front door of the hotel and continue to the front desk. There is no assistance at the front of the hotel. Taxis do not pull up to the hotel and there was never anyone to help you get into the hotel. I do not know why. The hotel, in my case, did not have anyone get you a Taxi they said - go down the street and get in the taxi line. Bizarre at best - unprofessional at worst. Call me a cab, hail one down outside - but send me down the street with my luggage. You do not deserve the four stars you have. Finally, do not go to the front desk and ask questions. They are generally not equipped to answer. An easy question like where is a very good Korean restaurant - was met with a blank. We were sent to a district without a name of a restaurant. There were other questions asked of the front desk and generally we were given back unhelpful information or no information. Hire a concierge team to actually provide information that is helpful. Do not know why this was a problem. I would suggest that there has to be better hotel staff at other hotels.
