摘　要：目的 比较椎间孔镜下腰椎椎间融合术（Endo-LIF）与传统开放经后路腰椎椎间融合术（PLIF）治疗退变性腰椎疾病的疗效，探讨Endo-LIF的可行性﹑有效性和安全性。方法 回顾分析2020年1月—2021年6月收治符合选择标准的51例单节段退变性腰椎疾病患者的资料，其中Endo-LIF组25例，PLIF组26例。两组患者年龄、性别、病程、手术节段及术前腰痛、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）、下肢痛疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）等一般资料比较。记录两组患者总手术时间、围手术期失血量、并发症发生率、住院时间及融合情况；记录并比较两组术前1d与术后1d、3月、6月、12月的腰痛、下肢痛VAS评分以及术前1d与术后3月、6月、12月的 ODI评分。结果 年龄、性别、病程、手术节段及术前腰痛、下肢痛疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）相比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组患者Brantigan标准分级及MacNab评分差异无统计学意义（p>0.05）。术后腰痛、下肢痛VAS评分及ODI评分均显著低于术前（p0.05）。另外，Endo-LIF组出血量及住院时间显著低于PLIF组（p
