注释：甩柜，柜指柜子，集装箱。每一班船，船公司为了保证满载，所放出来的舱位总是会比实际的舱位要多。

比如预配为120个舱位，而船公司却放出130个舱位出去给货代/货主。当中可能因为自身原因，报关太迟，或者特殊原因无法按期装柜，取消订舱延迟船期外。如果都没什么差池，船公司便会把当中几个柜子甩了，安排走下一班船。

4/The vessel is scheduled to leave Ningbo port on or about 23rd June for Chicago, and we hope to have your confirmation at earliest convenience. 此船定于6月23日左右从宁波起航去芝加哥，我们希望尽快得到你的确认。

5/Considering the balance is not received yet, shall we delay to the next vessel ETD 20th June? 考虑到款还没到账，我们能否推迟到下一班大船出运呢？该大船预计起航时间为6月20号呢。

6/We've already booked the shipping space from your nominated forwarder. 我们已经和你的指定货代订舱了。

7/We will update you the final invoice and packing list along with B/L copy once the vessel has sailed. 在开大船后，我们会发给你最终的发票/箱单和提单副本。

8/ETD is 5th June, and ETA is 7th July. 6月5日开船，预计到港时间7月7日。

ETD=estimated time of departure 预计起航时间，离港时间，而ETA=estimated time of arrival 预计抵达时间，预计到岗时间。这两个词在装船通知中是高频词。

10/安抚客户：It's chaos now. We are equally frustrated about this situation and making a loss as well. Keep our finger crossed it will go back to normal soon.眼下很混乱，我们也很沮丧这种情况，而且也在遭受损失，祈求能早点恢复正常。

旺季出运，总是各种各样的问题。比如提不到柜子，拖车进港排长龙，爆仓甩柜也是见怪不怪的现象。

在给客户报运费的时候，一定要注意以下几个细节：

1/报海运费一定要加上有效期。Please be noted it will be valid within 1 week because of the busy shipping season.

2/要强调运费因为旺季有所浮动。会更新给客户变动的价格，尽量维持最好的价格给他：There is fluctuation on the freight charge. We'll try our best to keep you best rate for you and update it accordingly.

3/和客户说明 Final freight cost will be charged at actual. 以最后出的运费账单为准。避免旺季运费变动，把价格说死了，到时不好和客户回旋。

出现爆仓，第一时间要hold住，不必急着告诉客户。货代手里头都有很多个渠道，你也要动用手里头所有的资源去想办法看看能否在保证运费不变动的情况下换渠道走。

还可以从网络上获取一些仓库爆仓，司机排队进仓的照片给客户。因为很多客户对爆舱其实是很模糊的概念，或者一些人口本来不是很多的国家，根本想象不到具体人多货多的场景如何。有照片一目了然，也更能获得客户的同理心。
