  寿司  寿司是醋饭(醋和米饭混合而成)和鱼贝类捏在一起做成的一种日本料理。一般的寿司称为手握寿司。手握寿司因诞生于江户时代的江户,也被称为江户前寿司。手握寿司是用手心和手指把新鲜的鱼贝类的生鱼片和醋饭捏在一起的料理。很多手握寿司在米饭和配料之间放有擦碎的青芥末。  不放青芥末的寿司被称为“不带芥末寿司”。
