Q：Where do you come from?

你来自哪里?

A ：Well, I’m from HanDan, an inland city that is in the middle of China. It’s well known for its historical architecture. Also, many travellers like the traditional spicy food, which is a “must-eat” for visitors once they come to town.

我来自邯郸，是个中国中部的内陆城市。邯郸以历史建筑而闻名。而且，很多游客都喜欢邯郸传统的辣食，这是游客们一到邯郸必吃的东西。

Q ： What is famous in your hometown?/What would you recommend your hometown?

你的家乡以什么而闻名？/在你的家乡，有什么可以推荐的吗？

A： There are attractions galore in my hometown!I think the（name of attraction）is a particular must-see, as it's synonymous with the culture and history of my birthplace.

我的家乡有很多迷人的景点。我认为特别是（景点名）绝对不容错过!因为它代表了那里的文化和历史。

Q ： Does your family（still）live there?

你的家人（仍然）住在那里吗?

A ：Yeah, it's my ancestral home…My whole clan lives there! My grandparents, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces…It's been our home for generations!

是的,那是我的祖籍……我们整个家族世世代代都居住在那儿！包括我的祖父母、叔伯、堂兄弟、外甥、侄子以及侄女和外甥女。

Q：How has your hometown changed?

你的家乡发生了怎样的变化?

A：It's changed significantly. In the past there never used to be large shopping malls, multiplexes, sports stadiums and so on. Most people used to shop at small grocery stores or go to the local cinema.

我的家乡变化很大!以前根本没有大型购物中心、数码影院、体育馆等便民设施。人们都是去杂货店买东西或去当地的电影院看电影。
