刘丽娟、女、中国科学技术大学地球物理学学士、硕士、博士、奥地利格拉茨大学访问学者。2017年起任中山大学大气科学学院专职副研究员。主要从事灾害性空间天气的太阳源与产生规律研究，在太阳活动区的爆发性、准同源日冕物质抛射的产生规律、爆发前磁绳的起源及演化等领域做了一系列工作，在国际学术界获得认可。成果曾入选NASA 日震及磁场成像仪亮点工作。迄今为止在The Astrophysical Journal、Astrophysical Journal Letters等本领域主流国际SCI期刊发表论文近10篇，引文近百次。
