Abstract

：

Objective

：

To observe the effect of method of strengthening spleen，

excreting dampness and 

removing blood stasis on treating chronic atrophic gastritis. 

Methods

：

102 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis 

were randomly divided into two groups，

52 cases in treatment group who were treated with 

Jianpi Lishi 

Huayu

 Decoction orally

；

50 cases in the control group who were given 

Yangweishu

 Granules orally. After 3 

months of treatment in two groups，

clinical curative effect of endoscopy，

pathological changes，

improvement 

and Hp conversion rate were observed

；

and 3 months after drugs withdrawal，

the clinical recurrence of 

symptoms were observed. 

Results

：

The total effective rate of clinical effect in treatment group was 93.7%，

in 

control group was 81.2%

；

the total effective rate of gastroscope test in treatment group was 87.5%，

in control 

group was 68.7%

；

pathological curative effect in treatment group was 71.87%，

and it was 51.3% in control 

group

；

Hp negative rate was 71.11% in treatment group（32/45）

，

in control group was 71.43%（30/42）

，

Hp negative rates in two groups had no difference（

>0.05）

. The clinical，

endoscopy，

pathology results 

in treatment group were better than those in the control group，

there was significant difference（
