I am currently testing a new public IP subnet that my ISP recently acquired to see if any issues occur. I found that Origin will not let me make purchases while on this subnet because the geolocation is still showing this IP in the US although we are actually located in southwestern Ontario.

Here is the exact error code.

Whoops! An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #Error: httpRequest ERROR: https://gateway.ea.com/proxy/commerce/carts2/oig-real/offerEntries?storeId=Store-Origin¤cyCode=CAD&needFullCartInfo=true&needClearCart=true&countryCode=CA 400 (Bad Request)]

I have all the details pertaining to this new subnet including my personal public IP address and proof of our geolocation, however I would prefer to not release that to the public and was wondering if I would be able to directly message this information to one of the EA support employees.

And just for the record, this is across all devices on my network, origin client, numerous browsers, etc. And it works fine if I switch back to one of our existing subnets.
