Hi. I am working on creating a new TRNSYS 17 type linked with Refprop (version 9.0).

Description

My purpose is to create a new TRNSYS type using Fortran (Visual Studio Community 15) linked to Refprop, in order to use some fluid properties of CO2. To do so I have used a subroutine which creates a new type DLL. This DLL can read the .fld files thanks to the fortran subroutines that I have added to the project through add/existing item. When using fluids such as R134a or R41 everything works fine and I obtain acceptable results in TRNSYS. However, when I switch to fluids like Ammonia or CO2, when running the Type in TRNSYS, I get this error:

Intel(r) Visual Fortran run-time error - forrtl: severe (59): list-directed I/O syntax error, unit 12, file c:\Program Files\Refprop\fluids\CO2.fld.

I guess the problem is in the linking between Fortran and TRNSYS (maybe when I call SETUP), because I tried to compile a simple project before proceeding with the subroutine and it worked fine also with CO2. I really don't understand why it works with some fluids and not with the others. Any suggestion will be very appreciated.

Many thanks. Sara
