工作职责: Working Location: Beijing We are looking for a highly motivated scientist to join our Translational Science team in Beijing. The senior scientist will support translational research in clinical and preclinical studies by utilizing single-cell RNA sequencing and other omics technologies. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, a team player with a strong interest in technology and cancer biology/immunology. Responsibilities Design, prepare, and execute procedures of single-cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and bulk RNA sequencing using different types of specimens.Optimization of methods for single cell RNA sequencing from fresh and archival clinical samples and solve problems during the process.Transition of new technologies from proof-of-concept to standardized workflows.Delivery of reliable and high-quality data and metadata to computational analysis.Support imaging processing and analysis of multiplex images, including images derived from spatial proteomics and spatial transcriptomics.Synergize with Translational Science team and Bioinformatics team.任职条件:Qualifications Master degree in life sciences or related field, including 1+ year of experience in single cell RNA sequencing techniques/spatial transcriptomics: specimen handling, quality control assessments, droplet-based cell processing, NGS library construction and sequencing.Experience in flow cytometry and high-multiplexed imaging (e.g. RNA, protein) is preferred.Deep understanding in immunology, cancer, genomics, and basic conception in digital pathology is a plus.Outstanding ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively problem solving, troubleshooting, excellent communication skills and helping other team members.Excellent organizational and documentation skills.Innovative approach and enthusiasm to explore new technologies. |
