I paid from Manchester to Phuket not London to Bangkok which is always cheaper and if you connect through BKK to Phuket requires extra flights at extra cost. So yes, £598 was a great price as is your £550 but less than £300 was IMO as I said suspiciciously too much of a bargain as it has proved to be.

No doubt your previous thread was closed as it degenerated into personal off topic posts as you I think expressed the hope it would not. Let's hope this thread doesn't go the same way as I hope there are others who booked who it would be interesting to find out what they did and howvQatar responded.
