        想要退款到原始支付方式，首先你得将你的同一购物车内购买的游戏全部退掉，这是前提，epic退款方法已经up发过了，大家不会的可以去搜索看一看。

        在将同一购物车内的游戏全部退掉以后，大家打开Xsolla官网（https://xsolla.com/zh）点击右下方的对话框，点开后选择最上面的那个相同图形选项，系统会有两条消息，在第一个消息里选择“I am a gamer”(我是玩家)，在新弹出的对话框里写上邮箱，之后客服回来和你交流，客服说的英语，大家可以打开谷歌翻译进行翻译，是完全可以交流的。

        你只要和客服表明你要将Xsolla里的钱退回到于是支付方式（微信/支付宝），然后客服就会把你把钱退回去，但是、但是、但是就如同开头所说，一定要将同一购物车内的游戏全部退款Xsolla的客服才会将钱退回到你的支付宝/微信里。
