植德律师事务所近日迎来黄茜律师、兰霞律师、胡波律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。 黄茜律师的专业领域为争议解决、政府监管与合规、特殊资产与破产重组，她在争议解决领域具有20多年的丰富执业经验，十分擅长处理复杂刑民交叉争议案件。加入植德前，她曾就职于安杰世泽律师事务所，并曾在公安机关刑侦部门工作多年。 兰霞律师执业逾20年，主要深耕于争议解决、特殊资产与破产重组、人力资源与劳动关系领域，她服务的客户涵盖了IT信息、广告传媒、私募股权基金、保险等行业。加入植德前，她曾就职于安理律师事务所。 胡波律师拥有中国律师资格和美国纽约州律师资格，主要执业领域为私募股权投资、跨境投资与并购、外商投资以及公司日常合规与治理等，具有丰富的执业经验。加入植德前，她曾就职于安杰世泽律师事务所。 这是植德今年引入的第三批合伙人级别律师。Merits & Tree adds three experts in Beijing Merits & Tree Law Offices has hired three experts Huang Qian, Lan Xia, Hu Bo as partners in its Beijing office.  Huang has over 20 years of experience in dispute resolution, complex cross-contentious criminal and civil cases. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, she worked at AnJie Broad Law Firm and spent many years in the criminal investigation department of the public security authorities. Lan has specialized in the areas of dispute resolution, special assets and bankruptcy restructuring, human resources, and labour relations for over 20 years. She has served clients in the IT information, advertising and media, private equity, and insurance industries. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, she worked at Anli Partners. Hu has extensive experience in private equity, cross-border investment, M&A, foreign investment and day-to-day corporate compliance and governance. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, she worked at AnJie Broad Law Firm. This is the third batch of partner-level hire made by the firm in 2023.
