SLUth - Search Plus begins with a single search box on the SLU Libraries homepage.
It looks like this, with the "Search" tab selected: 
From this single search box, you can use SLUth - Search Plus to search across a large selection of library resources, including journal, magazine, and newspaper articles indexed in databases; and journal titles, books, ebooks, dvds, and government documents that are shown in the SLU Library Catalog. SLUth - Search Plus can help you search books and articles from many databases along with the contents of the SLU Library Catalog to locate materials on your topic show you which database may be the best database to search for your topic find resources on a topic in many different subject areasSLUth - Search Plus does not replace the SLU Libraries Catalog even though it includes the contents of the Catalog. New items may be available in the catalog before they appear in SLUth - Search Plus, and more detailed information may be available in the catalog. Use the "View/Request Item" link found in SLUth - Search Plus Library Catalog entries to see the item in the catalog and place any requests for it from the Locust Street Library Facility in Searls Hall or the MOBIUS Union Catalog. |
