My name is Shihui Yu, I received the Ph.D. degree from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2015, I received B. S. from Henan university, Kaifeng, China in 2012 and M. S. from Henan University of Technology, Zhengzhou, China in 2010. Now I am a lecturer with Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics, Tianjin University. My research interests are focused on the solid thin film, dielectric ceramics and devices. I have published more than 60 papers in Acta Materialia, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Materials Chemistry C, Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells, Optics letters, Journal of the American Ceramic Society, Scientific Reports, et. al.
