SIERRA IC INC GIVES A 30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON ALL THE ITEMS (PRODUCTS) IT SELLS , SPECIFICALLY THAT SHOULD ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY SIERRA IC INC FAIL TO MEET THE PERFORMANCE LEVEL SPECIFICATIONS OF THAT PRODUCT UNDER IT�S CORRESPONDING MIL-SPEC OR COMMERCIAL STANDARDS, SIERRA IC WILL ISSUE AN RMA FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT, AND THIS SHALL BE THE SOLE RECOURSE OF THE CUSTOMER TO RESOLVE ANY CLAIMS.
THE CUSTOMER/BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THESE ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE BY SIERRA IC INC , ARE NOT REPRESENTED AS HAVING ALL ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER CERTIFICATIONS. SPECIFICALLY, IT IS KNOWN THAT �TRACEABILITY� ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE ORIGINAL COMPONENT MANUFACTURER IS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THE PRODUCT MAY NOT BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND BECAUSE OF LACK OF TRACEABILITY IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR SIERRA IC INC THAT THE PRODUCT IS ORIGINAL IN ALL OF ITS SPECIFICATIONS.
