Lady Missi Zilla of Pride is a recurring antagonist in Hazbin Hotel: Journey to the Light.

She appears as a background character in Season 1 and Season 4 and a supporting antagonist in Season 5.

She is a kaiju-dinosaur demon and one of the Pride Ring's most feared, powerful, and highest-ranking Overlords, to the point where she is a member of Lucifer Magne's inner circle. She is one of many Overlords who sold their soul to Lucifer for immense power, granting her the power of a Tyrannosaurus Rex, the armor of an Ankylosaurus, and the speed of a Velociraptor. She is also the owner of the Klub Kaiju chain - the base for her vicious and bloodthirsty biker gang of dinosaur-like kaiju demons -and is the tyrant of a city full of kaiju demons known as Jurassic City.

Missi Zilla was a leader of a failing dinosaur biker gang in Jurassic City. Desperate for power and fear over others, she sold her soul to Lucifer, becoming his personal servant and assassin in exchange for immeasurable power. With her new powers, she took over the entirety of Jurassic City, incinerating a great deal of the city, murdering all who opposed her, and wiping out any rival gangs, successfully becoming the tyrant of the city and, in the process, the ruler of Hell's entire kaiju population, with her name spreading Hell-wide as one of the most formidable Overlords.

In the Season 1 premiere of "That's Entertainment", Missi Zilla can be seen with Lucifer, Beelzebub, and Carmilla Carmine following the conclusion of the most recent Extermination. Later, she can be seen partying with her gang in Klub Kaiju, laughing along with Rex at Charlie's proposal of a hotel designed to rehabilitate Hell's sinners so that they could ascend to Heaven.

In the Season 5 premiere "A Complete Shitshow", Lucifer calls Missi Zilla and Camille to his castle for their assignments. Giving Missi a feather belonging to one of Charlie's Angels, Lucifer tasks her with killing them and anyone who tries to defend them. After catching their scent, Missi excitedly barrels out of Lucifer's office to begin tracking them, cackling insanely and drooling at the mouth at the idea of tasting the flesh of angels for the first time.

In "Law of the Jungle", a family of imps hides in a shack in the middle of the woods to escape a group of Insurgency soldiers who attempted to murder them while they were camping. The Insurgency tracks them to the shack while they were healing their wounds and begin shooting at the shack with a blessed Gatling gun mounted in their van in an attempt to kill everyone inside. While ducking to the ground to avoid being killed, the eldest imp finds a cannon in the shack with a single cannonball. The imps cautiously try to load the cannot without being shot, though one of the imps is killed when a bullet explosively blows his head off, much to the family's dismay and anger. Once the cannon is loaded, they aim it at where the Insurgency's van is and manage to successfully destroy it and the Gatling gun, though this only makes the soldiers decide to go into the van and kill them up close.

Knowing they will not withstand the Insurgency's superior numbers and firepower, the family all hug each other and embrace for the end. However, they suddenly hear the Insurgency's soldiers yelling orders before the sound of gunfire, only it isn't directed at the shack. As the family stands in trepidation, the soldiers' yells turn to screams of utter terror as they are brutally slaughtered by an unseen force. The shack's door suddenly flies open when the assailant throws the upper half of a soldier's bisected body into the shack, to the family's surprise. Everything settles down as the assailant approaches the shack. The family believes they are safe and gratefully thanks the assailant, only for their relief to turn to horror when they see that it was Missi Zilla, covered in the blood and gore of the soldiers, and hungry for seconds. Missi cackles maniacally and lunges at the family, slaughtering them all.

Missi has been hunting the hotel crew for a while, leaving a trail of destruction in her wake, killing anything unfortunate enough to be in her way. She finally finds the hotel crew on a particularly stormy night, having noticed Squish when he went out to grab supplies for Baxter while Charlie was away on another visit to take Heaven's Light to Roo. Missi scares and chases Squish up a tree, but does not kill him even though she easily could. Instead, she decides to use him as bait for the other members of the hotel crew. Until then, she lurks in the darkness as a terrified Squish calls for help.

Sure enough, a rescue team comprised of Vaggie, Husk, and Baxter arrives to save Squish. They find him in the tree as he yells at them about the "monster" he saw. Missi then makes her move and attacks the hotel crew, who grab Squish and fun back to their safehouse. Vaggie shouts at the others to avoid going to the safehouse so that Missi doesn't find out their location, but Squish, screaming and crying like a girl, does just that and runs to the safehouse. An enraged Vaggie bursts into the safehouse and shouts at everyone that they have to leave, just before Missi barrels into the house with enough force to completely destroy it.

The hotel crew rises from the ruins of the safehouse, and so does Missi Zilla, cackling maniacally with her eyes red from hunger. Husk yells at the hotel crew to split up in hopes that they will confuse Missi. Everyone runs in different directions as the storm intensifies, all while Missi methodically stays in place. Once everyone is out of sight, Missi licks her lips and excitedly continues the hunt, toying with her prey.

The hotel crew runs into a nearby town that Missi has demolished in her search, and Vaggie and Charlie's Angels hide together in a saloon. Vaggie calms the children down and makes sure they are all in attendance, only to be horrified upon discovering that Megara is missing. Coming to the conclusion that she was accidentally left behind, the children begin panicking as Arthur and Manco nearly leave to go save her, but Vaggie orders them all to stay in the back of the saloon while she goes to retrieve Megara. She tells the children t fly away to safety together if Missi happens to find them. When Amelia tells Vaggie to stay safe, Vaggie insists that she will before brandishing her angelic spear and heading out to find Megara.

Out in the pouring rain, Vaggie stealthily makes her way across town, using debris and destroyed cars as cover, peeking over to make sure Missi Zilla isn't nearby. While on her search for Megara, Angel Dust texts Vaggie and tells her that the entire hotel crew sans her and Charlie's Angels are hiding in the town's casino. Vaggie replies that they will get there once Vaggie returns with Megara, but the second she sends the text, Missi Zilla pounces in front of the vehicle she is hiding behind and sniffs in the air for Vaggie's scent. A terrified but determined Vaggie clutches her spear, ready to fight if need be. To Vaggie's luck, a massive bright burn appears on the outskirts of the town and catches Missi's attention. Vaggie's nerves get the better of her as she frantically runs into a nearby building after Missi leaves to find the source of the light.

Vaggie makes it into the building and tries to catch her breath, still rattled from that close encounter. She suddenly hears Megara's soft voice calling her name, turning to find the angel hiding inside a cabinet. Relieved, Vaggie tightly embraces Megara, who begins crying and apologizing profusely to Vaggie for not being fast enough to keep up with everyone. Vaggie comforts Megara and calls her smart and brave for finding a good hiding spot all on her own. With no time to waste, Vaggie picks up Megara and runs outside the building back into the intense storm, trying to find her way to the casino through the downpouring rain. While running, Vaggie begins feeling massive footsteps through the ground and stops in her tracks. Thinking fast, Vaggie, still holding Meg, gets down to the ground and rolls under a nearby truck to hide. With her arm protectively wrapped around a trembling Megara and her spear gripped in her other hand, Vaggie sees Missi Zilla reenter the town, staring at the destructive predator with a burning glare. As Missi continues searching, Vaggie whispers orders to Megara, telling her to fly to the casino while she keeps Missi distracted. Megara refuses to leave Vaggie behind, but the moth bluntly tells her to listen or else they will both die.

The two make their move, with Vaggie distracting Missi, who notices the moth instantly. Megara slowly crawls out from under the car but does not immediately fly away, peeking over the car to make sure Vaggie is okay. Vaggie begins battling Missi head-on, though it is clear that the Overlord is too much of a physical match for her. Once she is through toying with Vaggie, Missi violently uses her tail to whip Vaggie into a car, knocking her spear out of her hands and breaking the moth's left arm in the process. Concerned for Vaggie, Megara screams out for her, which alerts Missi to her location. Missi smiles demonically at Megara, drooling at the mouth at the thought of tasting her blood. Just as Missi begins advancing towards Megara, Vaggie, determined to protect Megara with her afterlife, jumps onto Missi's back and puts her into a one-armed headlock. Despite Vaggie's resolve, Missi effortlessly overpowers her, hurling her to the ground and the injured sinner down her with one foot. Missi then looks up at Megara and grins evilly again, preparing to sadistically devour Vaggie while making Megara watch helplessly.

Before Missi could kill Vaggie, the entire hotel crew comes to Vaggie's rescue, with Angel Dust, Blitzø, and Fergus blasting Missi with their firearms; Niffty using her speed to slice all over Missi's body with her knives; Baxter using a mini-mech suit to blast Missi with missiles and lasers; Crymini and Husk piloting Baxter's repaired spaceship and providing ariel support; and Alastor providing colorful commentary on the battle using his microphone. While Missi is stunned by the surprise assault, Angel is able to drag Vaggie to safety, lightly poking fun at her for saying she could handle Missi alone. Husk flies over to Megara to get her out of danger. Megara hugs Husk as he assures her everything is alright and flies off to get her away from the chaos. Despite the hotel crew's efforts, Missi begins laughing off their attacks before unleashing her atomic breath at Baxter's spaceship, which damages the ship and brings it down to the ground. She then focuses on Baxter and fires a stream of atomic breath in his direction, Baxter tries to use his mech's shield to protect himself, but the shield melts from the intense heat, sending Baxter flying into a saloon and destroying his mech suit. Niffty stops attacking Missi to help Baxter, allowing the dinosaur to focus back on Angel, Fergus, and the seemingly helpless Vaggie. Alastor continues commentating from the balcony of a building, showing no concern for the hotel crew at all and giddily saying the suspense is killing him.

Missi makes her way to a car she suspects they are cowering behind, only to find them missing. Blitzø lands a hit on Missi with his personal rocket launcher "My Dick", but Missi is unfazed and retaliates by firing atomic breath in Blitzø's direction, blowing up several cars he was using as cover and knocking him backward. Surrounded by green fire, Blitzø begins suffering PTSD flashbacks from when he was burned by Larson, all while Missi emerges from the flames, savoring Blitzø's terror as he fearfully backs into a wall. Just before Missi could lunge at the helpless imp, Loona comes to her father's rescue, viciously biting Missi on her face and attacking the dinosaur with her claws, managing to shove the dinosaur back several feet as Blitzø breaks down in tears of pride, cheering his daughter on. Fergus then leaps onto Missi's back and puts her in a headlock as the dinosaur furiously and futilely unleashes atomic breath and runs into various buildings and trucks in an attempt to knock Fergus and Loona off of her. Angel Dust tries to grab Missi by her hind leg but is effortlessly dragged around by the massive dinosaur. Soon, Husk, and Baxter are all piled onto Missi, to no avail. Crymini is able to restart Baxter's ship once Niffty repairs it in the blink of an eye and uses the ship's claw to grab Missi and restrain her. Only then do they manage to halt Missi, which allows Vaggie to leap from the top of a building above and plunge her spear into the back of Missi's head.

However, to the utter horror of the hotel crew, Vaggie's spear shatters upon contact with Missi's indestructible scales. The hotel crew realizes how screwed and completely helpless they are as Missi laughs and shakes all of them off of her before tearing the massive mechanical claw apart from Baxter's ship with her teeth. Missi then lets out a deafening scream that shatters every window in the town and leaves her opponents writhing in pain, their bones rattling and nearly shattering from the intensity. Missi then runs off to kill Charlie's Angels, too excited and single-minded about tasting angel blood to finish off the hotel crew.

Simon and Arthur see Missi coming their way, so the children begin hiding. However, instead of entering the saloon, Missi uses her atomic breath to light the building ablaze, forcing the children out when the smoke and flames become too much for them. After Charlie's Angels save each other and stop to catch their breath, Simon jokingly quips that he'd take ginormo spiders over dinosaurs any day. They are given no reprieve as Missi jumps right beside them, staring down at them with her red eyes. The children continue running as Missi again just stands and watches them run. The kids run inside another building as Giulia angrily assesses that Missi is toying with them. A scared James backs into a window and tearfully says that he does not want to die. He then turns around to see Missi staring at the children through a window, drooling at the mouth. Through playing around, Missi barges into the building and manages to pin Arthur to the ground after he shoved James out of the way of Missi's foot. Missi Zilla then licks her lips as she leans forward to devour Arthur. Arthur closes his eyes and braces for double death, only for nothing to happen.

The injured and beaten hotel crew make it to the building, opening the door to see that Missi has been mysteriously turned to stone mere seconds before she could devour Arthur, finally ending her reign of terror. Arthur awkwardly crawls out from under Missi's jaws before the puzzled hotel crew notices a figure entering the building, who reveals himself to be Stolas. Stolas happily and nonchalantly greets the hotel crew, says he has been looking everywhere for them, asks where Charlie is, and greets Blitzø in a seductive tone. Exacerbated, Charlie's Angels and the hotel crew look at Stolas with dull expressions as Giulia says "Seriously, dude?".

Missi Zilla is a giggling, power-hungry, and single-minded predator who kills and torments anything that crosses her path and is seemingly devoid of any desires beyond gaining more power and spreading death and carnage. She serves as a representation of what demons were like in Hell's olden days. She was shown to be vile and heartless enough that she willingly sold her very existence and soul to Lucifer all for the sake of gaining power. She is noted by the King of Hell to be the "life of the party" during his annual Halloween gatherings with the Overlords, displaying a love for rock music, alcohol, and drugs. She is mute and never speaks, though it is clear from her insane expressions, methods of killing, and giggling that she revels in her atrocities.

While confronting and hunting her enemies and engaging in turf wars, she prefers to drag out her hunting sessions by scaring them, rather than immediately going for the kill, teasing her victims to prolong their suffering. She chooses to kill her prey in vicious and brutal ways, such as tearing out their throats, dismembering them and allowing them to slowly bleed out, slowly crushing their heads under her foot while relishing the sound of their skulls cracking, and burning them alive using her atomic breath. She kills not out of predation, but because of the sensation of power and control, she garners from it.

During Charlie's pitch of the Hazbin Hotel on the 666 News, Missi could be seen laughing with Rex and Raptor after first of her friends ridiculed Charlie's idea, implying that she does not believe in redemption.
