Jilly Rizzo is a widely known businessman in the city of Los Santos. He is the President and Owner of Golden Fleece Holdings, the CEO of Dynasty 8 Real Estate and also a member of the Los Santos City Council.

Rizzo displays narcissistic and manipulative behavior. He keeps a very complex network socially that intertwines criminals, businessmen, city council members, police officers and more. Trying to keep all of this organized while also maintaining a clean image makes him a talented liar and schemer. Jilly is a social chameleon - he is just as comfortable in the Southside with notorious gangs and killers, as he is playing golf with Mayors and businessmen. He makes everyone he meets feel like close friends, even though it is all apart of his scheme.

Ermenegildo "Jilly" Rizzo VI was born in the Gold Coast of Long Island, New York on December 29th, 1953. There, his father Jilly Rizzo V would found and manage the NY chapter of Dukes Boxing Center, a beloved gym in the heart of the city. Rizzo fell in love with boxing and tried his hand at going pro, but quickly realized he could run his mouth far better than his hands.

Throughout his late teens and early twenties in NY, Rizzo became notorious for cooking up schemes and heists for himself and local crews. He would be involved in small time political mischief and large scale fraud/money laundering rackets. All of this brought plenty of heat on Jilly, so in 1975 he headed west for a fresh start in Los Santos.

His first move on the West Coast was to open up the Dukes Boxing Center in the Southside, just like his father's in NY. Boxing runs in the Rizzo's blood, as his great grandfather, Jilly Rizzo III, would start up the original Dukes all the way back in 1895 out west in Blackwater. Having a great eye for talent and being able to turn potential into stars, Jilly decided to start a pro fighting league, Queensbury Boxing Championship (QBC). After gaining success and notoriety from the QBC, he began to leverage that into bigger opportunities.

Rizzo quickly became a City Council member and rather mysteriously, the CEO of Dynasty 8, the largest Real Estate agency in the state. Not much is known about how he took up this position - some claim he used his power and influence, others claim he bribed, blackmailed and threatened his way in, but he simply claims he is just a businessman with a passion for success.
