Now that the world is reflecting on the Pandemic - I’d like to give a HUGE shoutout to our FRANCHISE PARTNERS specially. Our Franchise Partners all believed deeply that we needed to “HOLD THE LINE” and that was our promise to you as members. Not only did we HOLD THE LINE but we experienced growth during the darkest hour by 12%… When everyone else was dividing - we came closer. While everyone was taking a break from the gym - we were setting personal consistency records. When mass pessimism set it - our optimism stuck out like a green hat with an orange bill. We were a like shining light in the darkest night sky. You may not know this as a member or fan - but there is a STRONG bond between our Franchise Partners and myself and my team. Like real strong - you can’t find anything like it in this industry. And that’s with intention. We are all so passionate about you and the health and happiness of your family and promise that together we will continue to get better for you. … now that things feel normal again (finally) …not only are we back and better than ever, we never left. We’ve been here the whole time. It’s easy to be great in good times but it’s nearly impossible to be phenomenal in bad times… We’ve never been ones to shy away from what others think can’t be done.
