先看看你是不是打开的是

Quartus II 9.0 (32-Bit)的快捷式

正常来说，安装好了以后，会出现两个快捷式，一个式32bit 一个是64bit

请换用32bit的快捷式

重新打开工程后，编译，就能没有这个错误了
