At Bet Technology we implement enterprise end-to-end solutions for the online betting industry. We practice SOLID engineering principles to be able to achieve globally scalable SaaS and PaaS. We define, design, implement, test, ship and maintain products that are used by hundreds of thousands of people. Our company is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a Cloud Engineer (on a full-time, permanent basis) to help us implement and maintain cloud-based solutions. This role involves aligning with key project team stakeholders (i.e., Development, Product Owner, QA, SA, BA) on team initiatives under the supervision of the Lead Cloud Engineer. You will work closely with teams of developers in designing, deploying, and configuring Microsoft Azure cloud services with a great focus on automation, security, and cost. Who You Are Passionate cloud engineer, eager for more challenges everydayYou like mentoring others and have heaps to shareYou are goal and result orientedResponsibilitiesRecognizing limitations and shortcomings of technology in existing systems and related processes, protocols, and techniques.Composing and upholding program code that meets technical specifications, system designs, and system requirements in accordance with approved quality standards.Creating, revising, and preserving technical program documentation, end-user guides, and operational procedures.Supervising the testing and automation of software and application deployment.Gathering and examining operational metrics.Formulating plans for continuous improvement and continuous delivery in system design and software development.Creating and refining tools necessary for software support and management, as well as security.Conducting forensic analyses to detect anomalies or potential threats.What You'll Need To SucceedAt least 5 years of experience in Systems administration, security or cloud administrationAny of the following certificates:Azure Administrator AssociateAzure Developer AssociateAWS Solutions Architect AssociateGoogle Cloud Associate Cloud EngineerPowerShell scripting or Bash scriptingIAC - Azure ARM Templates, BICEP or equivalent (Ansible, Terraform)Previous (Azure/AWS/Google) Cloud experience (minimum 12 months)Windows server administration experienceGood understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Cloud licensingFamiliarity with .NET applications deployment, and IIS server administration.Experience with Azure DevOpsFamiliarity with Azure pricing calculator, and TCO calculator.Bonus PointsMicrosoft or VMware virtualization experienceSQL Server administrationMicrosoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator ExpertSC-300 Microsoft Identity and Access AdministratorAz-400 DevOps Engineer ExpertMicrosoft Certified Solutions ExpertThe PerksPaid Parental LeaveBirthday LeaveBonus schemePremium Udemy licenses and Learning budget |
