The Button content block creates a button in your email or page that links to a website or file to download. Buttons are a great way to call out a particular link that you want people to click, such as to RSVP for an event or to visit your online store.

In this article, you'll learn how to add and edit a Button content in the classic builder.

Before you start

Here are some things to know before you begin this process.

This article tells you how to use Button content blocks for the classic builder. For more information on Button content blocks in the new builder, check out Use Button Content Blocks in the New Builder. Button blocks stack and cannot be lined horizontally unless you are placing two buttons side by side in a two-column template. If you want more than one button per content block, upload buttons you created as image files and then link the images to URLs.
