摘要:近年来，BIM技术在施工项目管理过程中的应用逐渐深入，在提高效率、节约成本方面取得了一定的成效，但现阶段的应用以三维可视化展示为主，对数据、信息的利用较为薄弱。本文从施工项目的进度控制、质量控制、成本控制、安全管理、合同管理、信息管理以及组织协调方面来阐述BIM技术应用现状及发展方向，探讨BIM从三维信息模型(Building Information Model)到信息化管理技术(Building Information Management)发展的方式。

Abstract: In recent years, BIM technology has been increasingly applied in construction management to improve efficiency and cut cost. It is currently primarily thought to be a means of 3D visualization with less attention paid to data and information integration and exploration. This article elaborates the current application and future development of BIM technology in progress management, quality control, cost reduction, safety enhancement, contract management, information integration and coordination in construction projects, and explores the evolution of BIM from building information model to building information management.
