Your Accor Plus account may be suspended to prevent malicious activity from being carried out.

This can occur when your account gets accessed on a suspicious IP address, such as using a VPN or public WIFI while travelling.

While your account is suspended, you will not be able to:

Use Rewards points to book a stay Register for points promotions and offers Renew your membership

You can still book a stay using your Members rate and enjoy your dining discount.

To reactivate all your benefits and ensure the security of your account, we request your assistance with the following:

1. Change your account password. Please login to accorplus.com and update your Profile 2. Email [email protected] to confirm that your password has been updated and attach an identity document showing your photo, name and address. This document will be deleted after processing your re-activation.
