I used to love this place but was disgusted by the appalling customer service given by the bulldog behind the counter. Tonight I used their app as the same horrid woman had promoted it to me months before. After using the very simple app where I was able to request a time to collect, I opted for 40 minutes from when my order was placed and went to collect where I was told that I still had to queue and wait with everyone else. When I got to the front I explained that I know it wasn't her fault but why did I pay a 50p service charge when I still had to wait? I was met with a whole lot of attitude and sarcasm that nobody would've expected. She then proceeded to put salt on my chips after saying 3 times that I didn't want it. She did offer to change them but I had already been waiting 20 minutes over the 40minutes that I had expected. After I left the same woman continued to slag me off unbeknown to her that the next customer was my boyfriend who had decided that he wanted extra food. I really wish that I had been rude and then I would have expected the level of service. After getting home the chips were brown and greasy like they had been sat in warm oil. Never going there again.
