All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification (shipping address must match billing address, when the shipping address is not the same as billing address it must be verified with your issuing bank).You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been processed and you will be provided with a tracking number. You may use that number to check the status of your order at http://track2.royalmail.com

DOMESTIC SHIPPINGWe can dispatch to your preferred delivery address with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival.Free shipping on all UK orders via recorded delivery, First Class recorded (2/3 Business days**)Next day delivery is also available, Royal Mail special delivery £5.00 (1 Business day)For all orders placed before 2pm, Monday-Friday, the order will be dispatched the same day, if the order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched following business day. Due to covid 19 pandemic there are delays in the postal service, recorded delivery can take up to 7 business days, if the item is not delivered within 7 business days we will have another watch reshipped or order refunded. **Please note the delivery time frame is estimated not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS£10.00 shipping on all EU orders, and £15.00 for rest of the world. We use Royal Mail International Signed For and TrackedDeliveries normally take 7-14 business days for EU countries and 10-28 business days for Rest of the World. Please note deliveries can get delayed if item is held by customs, we are not responsible for any import duties you may face. We deduct £10-15.00 restocking fee on all international returns to cover our dispatch cost. 

RETURNSAll request for returns should be made within 90 days of receiving your order. No request will be consider after 90 days of receiving your order. ALL TAGS AND SEALS CANNOT BE REMOVED. WE DEDUCT THE POSTAGE COST WE PAID ON DISPATCH. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR POSTAGE COST TO RETURN WATCH BACK TO OURSELVES. We recommend you use tracked and signed for service and parcel is fully insured. If the protective seal has been removed there will be a £15.00 restocking fee deducted from total refund along with the postage deduction.
