Agreed on the CPU side, went from a 5600X to a 5900X and I'm pretty surprised how much smoother it seems to play. The benchmarks say the 5600X can keep up, and it probably can in average frame rate. But you get a back ground process interrupting or the game wants to stretch out to more cores but can't and you start getting noticable hitching and frame drops. Some games wise then others. FWIW, I'm playing cyberpunk @4k/60Hz mostly max settings with ray tracing and DLSS. I have a +165 curve and then frequency capped at 2040MHz/975mV. Power slider at 107%. Very rarely hits the power limiter and even less often does it drop below 2025MHz. You'll be lucky to pick up 3-5% running at 500+W over something like I'm running. If you are having trouble running a higher offset on core frequency, try capping the peak frequency to like the 2000-2100MHz range. The larger offset will boost performance noticably but capping the frequency keeps it from crashing. It's the light loads where frequency and voltage changes a lot that seems to cause a lot of crashes.
