Li Ying is one of my classmates.We share a bedroom with four others,so we are also is her birthday and it so happened that it is Sunday at the weekend.We decide to hold a party to celebrate Li Ying's birthday in our own bedroom.Since she is the youngest in our room,we all feel responsible to take care of her.We hope that this party can relieve her homesickness.

The Mid-Autumn Festival The Mid-Autumn Festival is a very important Chinese festival. It’s on the fifth of August. We can hang lanterns in the house. In the evening, we have a big dinner. Look, there is lots of food on the table. They are chicken, fish, crabs and so on. They’re very delicious. We can drink a glass of juice. We stand beside the table and we say, “Cheers, cheers, happy Mid-Autumn Festival!” We make a wish to each other. At night, the moon is usually round and bright. It looks like a ball. We can enjoy the moon. Moon cakes are the special food for this festival. We can eat moon cakes, too. In the Mid-Autumn Festival, my parents and I are all very happy and excited.

I have been in this college for some times. It has been the worst time of my life. I have no friends here. Missing tons of assessment deadlines and trying hard being Mr Unpopular, I gave up on social life. Simply put, I am a loner. I slowly realize a huge part of this is my teachers’ fault, because they taught lessons in alien language and kept giving us impossible assessment.

My school

There is a beautiful school in the Shanghai West suburbs----Qingpu senior high middle school. She covers an area of simple more than 150 mu. And it is one of the lodge senior middle schools in Shanghai. That is my school, my family.

Our school is a modern senior middle school 。In each classroom there is a computer which controls a projector. It is the paperless teaching that the teacher attends class. Students dive into it completely.

The environment in the school is also the most. There is a river in the school side. And water in river is limpid, in which there is several small fish and some shrimps etc.

The gym installations of our school are complete. She not only has a tartan track, a basketball court and a football field, but also has a tennis field ，a shuttlecock field ，a table tennis house and gymnasium etc 。 Everything needed is there.

Echo,my favourite teacher,is a pretty and slim of the most important reason that I like her is that she is very sincere.When she talks to others,she always has a smile on her face.I think Echo is a natural teacher beacuse she has a lot of good methods on teaching.She is not only quite friendly, but also humorous.Her class is full of fun that you have never feel improve our grades,she usually gives us some advices about how to learn English well.What's more,she sacrificed her own time to help every student,no thought of gain.Sometimes,she nearly has no time to have lunch.When I ask her questions,she must spare no effort to make me understand,with patience and careness.I have never seen such a good teacher as her before.A good teacher can point out the direction and give you endless strength when you get into trouble.I'm lucky enough to have such a good teacher present to my life. Echo has a great inflence on me.I'm thankful her help very much.
