前两天有同学把国外大学录取通知邮件的截图发给我，说里面两个关于“附件”的句子显得比较奇怪。

我作了标注，请各位看一下：

 “附件”是一个英文邮件中经常会用到的概念，十分重要。今天借由这个例子，想给大家做一些指导，希望大家今后既能看得懂，也能写得出。

“附件”一般叫 attachment；动词是 attach，表示“附加”；另外，过去分词 attached 也经常用，表示“附在后面的”。

请看截图中这个例子：

1. Please find attached an information pack.

这个句子里的 attached 实际上被提前了，原语序为：Please find an information pack attached.（请找到一个附在后面的信息包。）把 attached 提到 an information pack 前，显得更为紧凑。

2. Also attached is a short guide. 

这个句子是一个倒装，原语序为：A short guide is also attached.（一个简要的指导也同时被附在后面。）之所以写成Attached is a short guide.就是为了强调“被附在后面”这个概念，提醒大家去下载附件。

所以，高频句型“把…作为附件”，可以用以下两个句型：

① please find attached +sth.；

② Attached is + sth. 

最后做个小练习，翻译一句话：我把照片作为附件贴在后面了。

答案：你既可以写成 Please find attached pictures. 也可以写成 Attached are pictures.
