本修改笔记包含省份修改,国家修改,科技修改,兵种修改,装备修改,修改以“永久中立国”瑞士为例。

本人使用的文本工具为notepad++,编辑游戏文本时推荐在notepad++中将文本类型设置为C语言(其它语言亦可,主要方便使用中括号收缩),推荐收缩快捷键为ALT+2
