To purchase the plans for the T-65 power armor, player characters must have completed the quest All That Glitters for the Settlers at Foundation or the quest Secrets Revealed for the raiders at the Crater and have unlocked the gold bullion currency system. ↑ Tip: On an average build, the difference in damage received while wearing a full T65 Emergency Protocols set versus a full Excavator Emergency Protocols set is about 1-4 points for most PvE enemies. T65 is most valuable for PvP, where incoming damage is much higher.
