    赵建军教授运用破血化瘀、填精补髓法治疗脑出血

    赵建军教授基于脑髓理论提出了脑出血的病机关键为髓虚毒损，并提出了破血化瘀、填精补髓的治疗法则。主张在脑出血的治疗过程中应结合现代医学手段辅助治疗，重视患者肢体康复、言语功能康复、智能的锻炼与恢复等方面，同时应密切关注患者心理情绪方面的变化，将中医辨病与辨证相结合，充分发挥中医药在治疗脑出血方面的优势。

    Abstract:?This paper introduced a special understanding from professor ZHAO Jianjun in the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of stroke.Based on his theory of brains, the key pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage is marrow deficiency poisoning.It indicates that we can use Poxue Huayu Tianjing Busui in treating stroke, in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage should be combined with modern medical treatment .And we should pay attention to the patient’s physical rehabilitation, speech function rehabilitation, mental exercise and recovery etc., and closely observe the changes in psychological and emotional aspects of patients, and advocated that we should unite Chinese medicine and modern medicine on the basis of the combination of the differentiation of disease and syndrome, give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke. ......
