The Bureau of Legal Professional Qualifications Administration organizes and implements the national unified legal professional qualification examination, compiling and reviewing the examination syllabus and test questions, and coordinating and determining the eligibility criteria. The bureau undertakes the review, award and qualification certificate management of the national unified legal professional qualifications. It draws up the pre-employment training programs for legal professionals and organizes their implementation; and provides guidance for legal education and higher legal professional education in the judicial system.
