第2天一上班,打开邮箱,发现kaggle support回复了:

Hello XXXX, Thank you for your inquiry. Our records show that you have 2 usernames with Kaggle: this one (xxx) and the other (xxx1). Per the Terms agreed upon prior to account registration, please note that Kaggle allows only one account per user. We do not merge accounts nor transfer accomplishments from one account to another. We recommend continuing to use just your "xxx1" account. Note this as a warning: continued creation of additional accounts can lead to disqualification to entered competitions and all of your accounts being banned.

意思是说我有另一个帐号也使用的同样的邮箱和手机号,一个邮箱和手机号只能对应一个帐号,因此他们建议我使用另一个。

但是我不记得我何时开过另一个kaggle账号了,而且被锁定的这个才是我一直使用的,因此我又给他们回了一封邮件:

To the issue 23471, I've got your reply, thanks! 

According to your reply, you advice me to use account xxx1, but I can't remember when I created the account xxx1 and I never used it, and I have tried account xxx1 followed by your suggestion, but it seems something wrong.

So could you please help me delete the account xxx1 and recover the locked account xxx? Thanks very much.

之后,就又收到了一封kaggle系统自动回复的邮件。

Hello xxx, Thank you for your update. We have unblocked your "enterUsername" Kaggle account. Once logged in, you should now be able to go through the steps to verify the phone number in your account again. Please make sure to include the country code.
