Windows Users

1. Open the Printers folder. 2. Access the driver properties:      - Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, or 11: Right-click on the Brother printer driver and left-click Printer Properties.      - Windows XP or Vista: Right-click on the Brother printer driver and left-click Properties. 3. On the General tab, click Print Test Page. If you're unable to print, please search for and follow the instructions labeled "Unable to print from a computer" for your model.

Macintosh Users

1. Do one of the following:      - macOS 13: Click Apple → System Settings.      - macOS 12 or earlier: Click on Apple → System Preferences. 2. Click Printers & Scanners. This may be Print & Scan or Print & Fax depending on your operating system. 3. Click on your machine from the list. 4. Click Open Print Queue... 5. From the Print Queue menu bar, click Printer → Print Test Page. If you're unable to print, please search for and follow the instructions labeled "Unable to print from a computer" for your model.
