1. realize1. 明白；认识到；意识到realize的本意是“使变为事实；使发生”，引申为指人清楚地明白、领悟、体会到某事。

I realize how difficult it's going to be, but we must try.我知道这有多困难，但我们必须试一试。2. grasp2. 理解，领悟，明白这个词多指弄明白费解的问题，常指对抽象理论、原理的领悟或理解。

I think I managed to grasp the main points of the lecture.我觉得我还是理解了演讲的要点。3. make sense of3. 懂得Can you make sense of what I say?你能领会我说的意思吗？4. appreciate4. 理解，领会；意识到I appreciate that it's a difficult decision for you to make.我体会得出，你作出这样的决定有多难。5. comprehend5. 充分理解；领悟I cannot comprehend this phrase.我无法理解这个短语。6. get it6. 理解get的动词意思挺多的，可以表示“懂，理解；听见”，get a joke的意思就是听懂了笑话。
