This rumor firstpopped upon DeuxMoi, when a tipster wrote in saying "Anon pls!! Multiple sources have told me that Timmy C has a new girl...Kylie Jenner" along with a couple coffin emojis for good measure.

For what it's worth, DeuxMoilabeledthese tips with her "Read With Caution" gif, which means the posts could be total BS. And obviously neither Kylie nor Timmy have confirmed anything.
