Running away can never dispel your fears, but action will. A winner is not one who never fails，but one who never quits."

I spent a whole day with his words twisting and turning in my mind. Then I made the bravest and wisest decision of my life: I would face my fears – and take part in the competition!

The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. 　　当他们完成了各项伟业的时候，他们一定会说：如此的这种变态，怎么可能不成功?!

　　大家好！

　　今天我演讲的题目是《珍惜宝贵的时间》

　　春天到了，南去的燕子又飞回来了；枯萎的杨柳，又抽出了新芽；凋谢的花儿，有绽开笑脸。可是，同学们，你能告诉我，我们的时间为什么一去不复返呢？是有人偷了他们吗？那是谁？又把时间藏在何处了呢？是他们自己逃走了吗？现在又逃到哪里去了呢？

　　有这样两句名言：赢得时间者赢得一切；今朝有事今朝做，明朝可能阻碍多。这两句话都是告诉我们要珍惜时间。珍惜时间，想必大家都知道是什么意思吧。珍惜时间就是节约时间，合理的利用时间。

　　时间对我们每个人都很重要，时间不会为谁停留。当你早晨洗脸、刷牙的时候，时间从水盆里溜走了；当你吃饭的时候，时间又从饭碗里溜走了；当你睡觉时，时间又从你的睡梦中溜走了。你想挽留时间吗？那就得靠你把握时间。珍惜时间，并不是时间会多给你一份。一天有24个小时，这是无法改变的。合理的利用时间，就是珍惜时间，不让时间一分一秒的白白的浪费掉。

　　时间对每个人都是公*的，它不会多给谁一分，也不会少给谁一秒。但为什么在相同的时间里，人们所得到的结果不一样呢？比如说：一个班的同学，每天在一起生活，学*，同样的环境，同样的课程，同样的老师，那为什么有的人学*好，而有的人差呢？那是因为有的人充分利用好课堂上的每一分钟，专心听讲，认真思考，甚至把别人玩的时间用在了读书上，所以能够取得好成绩。

　　花儿谢了有再开的时候，草儿枯了有在绿的时候，而时间呢？它还有再来的时候吗？时间是一去不复返的，所以不要把今日的事拖到明天去做，明天还有明天的事情，这样明日复明日，何时才是尽头，况且人的一生能有几个明天。

　　人的生命只有一次，它是宇宙间最珍贵的，最值得珍惜的，正所谓：一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴。时间即使短暂的，有事永恒的，时间的存在本身就是一种希望，所以不要害怕时间的无情，也不要感慨时间的短暂，我们应该珍惜自己所拥有的岁月光阴，随着分歧的节拍乘风破浪，让生命之舟与时间一起扬帆远航。

　　青少年时期是我们这个人生中最宝贵的黄金时期，希望大家能从现在做起，珍惜自己的每一分每一秒。莫等到头发花白时，再去悔恨自己当初没能珍惜时间而一事无成。只要我们现在珍惜时间，便会拥有最大的幸福。

　　学*的关键在于“肯学”和“敢学”。如果你的愿望是成为一名有成就、有才能让人敬重的人物，但你又不肯，或不敢去学*最终还是会一事无成的。居里夫人和她的丈夫为了证明镭的存，千辛万苦，冒着可能失去生命的危险，经过他们的勤奋、努力最终提炼出了十分之一克极纯净的氯化镭，并准确地测定了它的原子量，证实了镭的存在。这是一次多么让人惊叹的事实。正是居里夫人的肯做、敢做才证实了镭的存在。因此，要想成为有才能的人，就要从小“肯学”、“敢学”。

　　学*不可过快，学的快，忘的也快，前面所说“温故知新”就是为了巩固学过的东西，如果学完一个知识便立即跳到另一个知识的学*当中，而不再复*，那也是得不偿失的，这样的学*过程可以用“拔苗助长”这个成语来形容。所以，坐以待毙和拔苗助长都不是好的学*方法，前者懒于奋斗，后者则急于求成，这在学*过程遇到困难时都不是好的状态，是我们必须避免的。

　　最有希望的成功者，并不是才干出众的人，而是那些善于利用每一时机去发掘开拓的人——苏格拉底，这句名言诠释了希望与时间的关系。希望不是空谈，更不是幻想。在家我们应该为父母做些家务，在校就应抓紧时间学*。在我们的母校——三中。则就充满了这种认真学*的氛围。

　　三中是我们大家共同的母校。在三中，最有名的就要属南宋时期的银杏树了。那棵银杏树就像一位巨人一样，看着我们三中学子一批一批的来又去。抚摸银杏树的“躯干”，我仿佛置身于在那个战乱而又发达的年代。

　　三中十分的古老，一草一木、一栋一房都揭示着它有百年的历史，它年轻，在这儿没有世俗的吵闹，没有令人厌恶的垃圾，它散发着古色古香，会让你嗅出一个清谧芳香、花蝶共舞的年轻世界。

　　学校就像是一个大家庭。，老师们就好比是和蔼可亲的长辈们，同学们就是亲密无间的兄弟姐妹。如果没有了老师，我们就失去了方向，偏离了航向；没有了同学，就如同生活里失去了阳光，欢乐中没有了笑语。大家的欢聚，使我们的生活变得更加灿烂，这里有我们人生中的辉煌时刻，有我们迎接社会的起点。那么，我们就应该手牵着手，为我们的母校增光。

　　银杏树下的欢歌笑语是我们放飞的青春，我们在这里挥洒着热情；在这里学会自尊、学会自信、学会自强、学会自爱，然后以我们饱满的精神努力汲取知识，大胆地应对未来日子中无数的艰难与困苦，我们不应畏惧。路，也许遥远，也许曲折，但当你在心里默念着要坚强的时候，就能勇敢起来。

　　寒窗苦读十二年书的我，最终还是没能考上理想的大学。然而，这些抱怨无法改变现实，只能加重自己的烦恼，何不以积极乐观的心态看待呢？相反的，正如我们熟知的林肯先生，在遭受24岁经商失败，26岁爱人死去，27岁精神崩溃，中年时代多次竞选参议员和副总统，却均以失败告终，可面对如此多的打击与磨难，他始终没有放弃自己的梦想，而是以积极的生活态度应对这些不如意，最终他成为美国第十六任总统，正是这积极乐观的生活态度，让林肯最终实现自己的理想。

　　学*好并不代表一切，不学*虽然也可能拥有一切，但是机会只留给有准备的人。有的人也得到了成功。但接力棒传到我们手中时，如果我们不努力，天天啃老，失败最终会降临。

　　这让我想起被世界政坛誉为“铁娘子”英国第一位女首相撒切尔夫人，她的父亲在她小时候就经常向她灌输这样的思想：无论做什么事情，都要力争一流，永远做在别人前头，而不能落后于人。永远不要说“我不能”或“太困难了”之类的话。在后来的学*、生活和工作中，她牢记父亲的教诲，做事总是抱着一往无前的精神和必胜的信念，尽自己最大的努力克服一切困难，做好每一件事，且事事必争一流。40多年后，她终于成为英国政坛一颗耀眼的明星。

　　俗话说：“笑一笑，十年少”。其实，微笑不仅能让你年轻，还是一座沟通人际关系的桥梁，一剂化解人们矛盾的良药。

　　你听说过关于日本原一*先生的故事吗？

　　原一*本是一位极其普通*凡的保险推销员，他相貌**，身高只有158厘米，但是，他为什么能成为日本家喻户晓，妇孺皆知的名人呢？正是因为他有事没事就研究微笑，对着一面随身携带的小镜子练*，并把这些微笑应用到工作中去，才走向了成功，成为鼎鼎有名的人。

　　原一*在工作中，在生活中，一共研究出了39种微笑，并且自己也将这39种微笑练得非常自然。有的微笑能让人感到温暖，有的微笑能让人感到亲切，有的微笑能带给人们力量，有的微笑能让烦躁不安的人立刻安静下来，有的微笑能让你不由自主地去聆听。

　　正是他的微笑，才让人乐意购买他推销的保险，认为他推销的保险有百利而无一害；

　　的确，微笑能沟通人的心灵，把彼此间的.距离拉*，甚至帮助你走向成功。

　　记得一次去医院看病，我坐在椅子上排队等待，一个男的对着护士说：“你们这是怎么搞的？医生约了我上午9点整来，你自己看看都已经9点40分了。”我本以为护士肯定会以牙还牙，然后两人会大动干戈，谁知，护士却微笑着对那个男的说：“先生，实在很抱歉，人太多了，我进去帮您看看，也催一下。请您稍等。”过了一会儿，只看见那个护土微笑着说：“先生，到您了，请进去。”我不禁佩服起这个护士来，过了一会儿，那个男的出来了，他找到刚才一直对他微笑的护土，诚恳地说：“刚才实在对不起，请原谅。”护士依旧微笑着说：“没关系的。”

　　可见，微笑有时候还能化干戈为玉帛。

　　每天你给别人一个真诚的微笑，别人也会给你一个微笑。

　　微笑能让别人对你所怀的顾虑在一瞬间消失；

　　微笑能让你与别人的关系融洽；

　　微笑是沟通彼此心灵的无声语言。既然如此，那么，朋友，就请大方起来，请别吝啬你的微笑。

　　它们付出努力了，却没有实现自己的目标。为什么呢？因为它们没有认清自己，没有把握好自己应该努力的方向。

　　一个人若想得到成功女神的垂青，努力、奋斗虽必不可少，但认清自己的实力，把握好自己奋斗的方向显得犹为重要。

　　正是认清了自己在文学方面的缺陷，班超毅然投笔从戎，使自己不仅在军事方面取得较高的成就，而且也保卫了大汉江山的稳定与繁荣。杨振宁坦然面对自己的失败，认真分析原因，正确地评估自己的能力，最终，他卸下了“实验物理”的专业抱负，改修“理论物理学”，在理论方面，他驾轻就熟，一日千里，最终摘下“诺贝尔奖”的桂冠。

　　认清了自己的方向，努力才是通向成功的捷径，奋斗才会有结果，很难想象潘长江能够在NBA的赛场上抢篮板、抢断、扣篮。也很难想象姚明穿着时尚的服装，站在舞台上将欢声笑语送进千家万户。

　　如果不能成为自己的伯乐，不能认清自己，努力方向与实际南辕北辙，那么再多的努力，再多的汗水也只能是石沉大海——没有一点壮观的波澜，再多的付出也不会得到回报。现实中，我们每个人不一定都要轰轰烈烈，流芳百世，每一个人的事业不一定都要惊天动地，垂名千古，只有适合自己的，才是最好的。

　　原一*在工作中，在生活中，一共研究出了39种微笑，并且自己也将这39种微笑练得非常自然。有的微笑能让人感到温暖，有的微笑能让人感到亲切，有的微笑能带给人们力量，有的微笑能让烦躁不安的人立刻安静下来，有的微笑能让你不由自主地去聆听。

　　正是他的微笑，才让人乐意购买他推销的保险，认为他推销的保险有百利而无一害;正是他的微笑，让客户与他成为无话不谈、无事不说的知心朋友。

　　的确，微笑能沟通人的心灵，把彼此间的距离拉*，甚至帮助你走向成功。

　　记得一次去医院看病，我坐在椅子上排队等待，一个男的对着护士说：你们这是怎么搞的?医生约了我上午9点整来，你自己看看都已经9点40分了。我本以为护士肯定会以牙还牙，然后两人会大动干戈，谁知，护士却微笑着对那个男的说：先生，实在很抱歉，人太多了，我进去帮您看看，也催一下。请您稍等。过了一会儿，只看见那个护土微笑着说：先生，到您了，请进去。我不禁佩服起这个护士来，过了一会儿，那个男的出来了，他找到刚才一直对他微笑的护土，诚恳地说：刚才实在对不起，请原谅。护士依旧微笑着说：没关系的。

　　可见，微笑有时候还能化干戈为玉帛。

　　每天你给别人一个真诚的微笑，别人也会给你一个微笑。

　　微笑能让别人对你所怀的顾虑在一瞬间消失;微笑能让你与别人的关系融洽;微笑是沟通彼此心灵的无声语言。既然如此，那么，朋友，就请大方起来，请别吝啬你的微笑。

　　大家好!

　　我很高兴今天能够站在这里和大家分享我的学*经验。希望今天所分享的对在坐的每一位能够有所帮助。从我们开始进入学校学*到现在，相信我们听过很多学*方法，我们也总结了很多。就我个人而言，我认为任何方法都可以归结为一个:“努力学*，用心学*”。爱迪生曾经说过，“天才是百分之一的灵感和百分之九十九的汗水”。”这句话表明了努力学*的重要性。如果你认为凭借自己先天的优势，不需要后天的任何努力就能取得好的结果，那是不可能的。因为学*一直都像一架天*那样，一端放着努力与付出，另一端放着收获和喜悦。不劳必定无获!学*上用心是努力学*的支撑。如果我们只是低头向前，不考虑前进的方向，我们可能找不到前面的路。掌握基础知识需要我们付出巨大努力，而掌握知识需要我们用心去做。但是一旦我们整合了基础知识，那么我们的学*就会事半功倍。

　　如果天才是由于勤奋，那么勤奋是由于珍惜时间，高三学生还要十多天就要进入高考考场。在不久的一年之后，我们也将和我们的师兄师姐一样，进入考场。一年可以很短也可以很长，这取决于我们如何利用这一年的时间把学*搞好。实现高考目标，最重要的资源是时间。但是，惜时决不是无限的通宵和加班。真正的“惜时”是有效地完成一切，真正的“惜时”不是延长时间而是节约真正的学*时间。高考复**长跑一样是有氧运动，所以不能采用短跑策略。复*时间表应遵循“持续高效学*”原则。也就是说，时间安排应该基于长远的观点，以确保在高考复*期间大脑功能和身体活动能力处于良好水*。在此基础上，可以去考虑提高效率，实现高效的学*和生活。为了保证学*和生活的高效率，可以遵循两个基本原则:

　　第一、劳逸结合，科学用脑

　　它要求我们有节奏地安排我们的生活，换句话说，我们应该把学*活动和其他活动有机地结合起来。这不仅保证了各种活动的顺利完成，还保证了大脑得到休息，身体功能得到更好的维护。

　　第二、交叉安排，高效学*

　　不要长时间复*同一门课程，也不要长时间参加同一项学*活动。具体来说，交叉安排如下:a .不同学科(如语文、数学、外语、生物、物理、化学等课程)复*时间的交叉安排是按照文理交叉的形式安排的，而不是长时间复*一门课程;不同学*形式之间的交叉安排，如记忆、问题解决、阅读和知识安排的交替安排，并且长时间不采用相同的学*形式。这不仅放松了大脑，还提高了学*效率。

　　如果努力工作是学*的基础，宝贵的时间是学*的保证，那么更重要的是学*的结果。考试反映了这一点。许多学生*时学*非常努力，但是他们总是不能在考试中发挥出最好的成绩。这必须考虑到考试前的状态调整。考试是最关键的时刻。此时此刻，不要因为众多的学*任务而感到困惑。存在这样一个智力竞争问题。如果法国最大的博物馆卢浮宫失火，情况只允许保存一张照片，你会抢劫哪一张?最好的答案是每个人都知道的，即是“离出口最*的那幅画”。“我们学*时也是如此。如果我们不知道在自*课之前从哪里开始，不要激动，列出所有的事情，找出最迫切需要解决的问题。一个接一个，你会发现事情远没有你想象的那么多。如果因为上次考试没及格而自信不足的情况下，提出上次的答案，加上不应该放弃的分数，看着答案告诉自己，这才是真正的实力。给自己更多积极的暗示，给自己少一些不必要的压力，坚定不移地走进考场，一个接一个地改正错误，你一定会取得最好的成绩。

　　同学们!因为我们还年轻，所以，我们有条件有资本搞好学*。也许我们在起跑线上不小心输了，但是我们不能让自己在最后输了。孔子说：博学而笃志，切问而*思，仁在其中矣。今天我们也应该记住这些话，珍惜现在的每一刻，努力获取知识，仔细思考，让自己有一个美好的生活。给自己一个梦想，并相信我们能实现梦想。

　　从古至今，我们的身边常常流传着这样的一句话“有志者事竟成”。的确如此，一个人要想成功，登上人生的顶峰，缺少了远大的志向是不可能完成的。

　　唐代著名诗人李白曾做过这样的一句诗“少年负壮气，奋烈自有时。”这句诗表达了只要心中有着远大的理想，总有一天会拨云见日，实现自己的理想宋代著名的词人苏洵能够说是大器晚成，在他三十七岁时才开始刻苦读书，凭着对于文学艺术的追求与向往，再加上自己不懈的发奋，最后名列唐宋八大家。苏洵的成功我认为很大好处是正因他的志向坚定，只要有了坚定的志向。才会成功。

　　著名的科学家爱因斯坦也说过：“每个人都有必须的理想，这种理想决定着他的发奋和决定的方向。在这个好处上，我从来不把安逸和快乐看作是生活目的本身——这种伦理基础我叫它猪栏的理想。”当然，如果一个人没有丝毫的志向与抱负，对于生活只盼着安逸与快乐，这与禽兽有什么差别呢？这句话也充分说明了爱因斯坦对于理想做出的极其重要的肯定。

　　正因志向坚定而成功的例子能够说是数不胜数。从古至今，愚公，海伦凯勒，张海迪，霍金。能够说这些都是正因他们的志向坚定，对于理想执着不懈的追求才造就的成功。相册名

　　但是，无论是愚公还是霍金，在他们有了坚定的理想之后都付出了很多很多的发奋，很多很多的辛苦，因此说，如果只有远大的理想，而不为此付诸行动的话，那只会等于零。有些人的确有这很远的大理想，但是往往不能成功，就是正因他们华而不实，不是输在起跑线上，而是输在了赛道上，英国伟大的发明家爱迪生被世人称为“发明大王”。

　　其中，他最有名的发明就是电灯泡，但是在他为制造电灯而寻找适宜的灯丝时，一道又一道的难题摆在了他的面前，正因总是找不到适宜的灯丝，他试验了足足有一千多次，然后才获得了最后的成功，这足以说明勤奋，发奋在成功道路上的重要性。总而言之，要想成功，志向与发奋是缺一不可的。每个人都就应为自己的人生树立一个目标，有志者才能事竟成！

　　生活中有许许多多的分分和和，随着时间的流逝，许多东西总会淡出，不管当初有多么的刻骨铭心。所以，相逢了就不必担心是否会分离，有一颗超然的心，离别也是一份美丽，一份快乐。

　　和大家相聚半年了，在这半年的时光中，对大家也多了一份了解。在班里总会涌现一些好人好事，然而不变的是那些默默坚守“岗位”的班干部。

　　殷俊，我们班的生活委员，每天都十分认真对待工作。每天早上、下午都能看到他在检查卫生情况，丝毫不马虎。虽然自*有时对他的一些做法不满，但挺佩服他的认真负责的精神。

　　也许你并不理解课代表送、发作业本的辛苦，只是担心自己本子的有无，也许你并不关心组长、课代表的责任，而对他们的催促感到厌烦;也许……那么，抛开你的关心，去关心那原本不关心的事，你会发现，正因为有了他们的辛苦和责任，一切都才会那么井然有序。

　　我们都一样，都是风华正茂的少年，我们都一样，都在梦想的路上。玻尔赫斯说：“我们注定是消失的事物。”但永恒的是我们心灵世界的春暖花开，是曾经带给我们心灵的感动。

　　公*，对于每一个人来说都是相对的，世界上没有绝对的公*。面对生活中的不公*，我们不能一味的去报怨，而是学会去适应它，让不公*带给我们的不*衡的心理变成一种激发我们奋斗的动力。

　　随着年龄的增长，每一个人的知识和阅历都在不断的增加。刚开始，我们在自己的小村庄里读完小学、初中，尔后到远离学校，面对着城市里形形色色的人和物，我们的心里会产生一种不公*的心理：为什么我生长在农村而不是城市呢?面对着这些想法我们应该换一种角度去思考，面对着这些不公*，我们应该去适应它。

　　面对着高中校园中身着漂亮衣服的城市孩子，我们有时会感到不公*，为什么他们有钱买漂亮衣服，而我们却没有呢?当这种心理产生时，我们应该用自己的另一种思维去思考问题;世界上没有绝对的公*，虽然他们有钱去买漂亮的衣服，但是他们花的是父母的血汗钱，他们不会体会到生活的艰辛和父母整日起早贪黑。东奔西跑的辛苦，他们不会特别在乎今天的幸福生活。我们能够通过换角度去思考问题，这让我们学会了适应生活中的不公*，让我们知道了任何公*都不是绝对的，都是相对而存在的。

　　面对着自己的某一种缺陷，我们会厌恶生活，讨厌生活带给自己的烦恼与失意，但是，翟金、海伦、张海迪不都是我们学*的榜样吗?不公*的现象时时存在，也许你的某一种小小的缺陷对于别人大大的缺陷来说是非常微不足道的。当有人感觉自己走路姿势不好看时，看到没有脚走路的人后会认为，会意识到自己是多么的幸福。

　　公*不是绝对的，面对诸多的不公*，学会适应，学会改变态度是我们最应该做的事。

　　我们不能改变容貌，但我们可以去展现笑容;我们不能去改变昨天，但我们可以去把握明天;我们不能事事顺心，但我们可以事事尽心，要知道，没有绝对的公*。

　　俗话说：“台上一分钟，台下十年功。”如果一个人很有成就，不是别人给予的，更不是从天上掉下来的。是靠自己的努力、勤奋争取的。才能主要来自勤奋学*是不可猜疑的。

　　一个人的才能不是天生就有的，而是靠自己的勤奋努力而来的。比如说德国数学家、物理学家与天文学家高斯。他从小就酷爱学*，一生为科学事业做出了巨大贡献，但是如果他没有从小的勤奋努力学*，他也不可能成为著名的科学巨人。没有勤奋努力的学*是不可能有成就的。这样的例子有很多很多，可以说每一位有成就的人都曾努力学*、努力探索过。

　　学*的关键在于“肯学”与“敢学”。如果你的愿望是成为一名有成就、有才能让人敬重的人物，但你又不肯，或不敢去学*最终还是会一事无成的。居里夫人与她的丈夫为了证明镭的存在，千辛万苦，冒着可能失去生命的危险，经过他们的勤奋、努力最终提炼出了十分之一克极纯净的氯化镭，并准确地测定了它的原子量，证实了镭的存在。这是一次多么让人惊叹的事实。正是居里夫人的肯做、敢做才证实了镭的存在。因此，要想成为有才能的人，就要从小“肯学”、“敢学”。

　　有些人说那些有才能、有成就的人从小就是“天才”、“神童”，像我们再努力有什么用啊。这种想法是错误的，他们是天才、神童，不是天生的，而是来自勤奋的学*。勤奋学*是成为“天才”、“神童”的先决条件。经科学家研究，人是智力是有差别的，但是仅仅是差一点点而已。所以说，“天才”、“神童”是靠人们勤奋学*而成为的。

　　才能来自勤奋学*，牛顿、爱因斯坦、爱迪生、郑板桥、白居易的事例都可以证明这一点。有许多的伟人为了造福人类，也作了巨大的贡献。如李时珍的著作《本草纲目》，他走访了许多地方，经过27个春秋的艰苦努力写成了这部巨作。

　　狄更斯说过“我所收获的，是我种下的。”每个人都有机会成为有才能的人，就看你去不去争取这个机会。才能来自勤奋。我们一定要努力学*。

各位同学：

　　大家好！

　　小草看到苍松的伟岸，便立志发奋图强，可经历千辛万苦，还是一株普通的小草；蜩与学鸠看到扶摇直上的大鹏，便极希望自己也能鹏程万里，于是冬练三九，夏练三伏，可临终也没有“若垂天之云”的双翼，更没有“水击三千里，抟扶摇而上者九万里”的辉煌。

　　它们付出努力了，却没有实现自己的目标。为什么呢？因为它们没有认清自己，没有把握好自己应该努力的方向。

　　一个人若想得到成功女神的垂青，努力、奋斗虽必不可少，但认清自己的实力，把握好自己奋斗的方向显得犹为重要。

　　正是认清了自己在文学方面的缺陷，班超毅然投笔从戎，使自己不仅在军事方面取得较高的成就，而且也保卫了大汉江山的稳定与繁荣。杨振宁坦然面对自己的失败，认真分析原因，正确地评估自己的能力，最终，他卸下了“实验物理”的专业抱负，改修“理论物理学”，在理论方面，他驾轻就熟，一日千里，最终摘下“诺贝尔奖”的桂冠。

　　认清了自己的方向，努力才是通向成功的捷径，奋斗才会有结果，很难想象潘长江能够在NBA的赛场上抢篮板、抢断、扣篮。也很难想象姚明穿着时尚的服装，站在舞台上将欢声笑语送进千家万户。

　　如果不能成为自己的伯乐，不能认清自己，努力方向与实际南辕北辙，那么再多的努力，再多的汗水也只能是石沉大海——没有一点壮观的波澜，再多的付出也不会得到回报。现实中，我们每个人不一定都要轰轰烈烈，流芳百世，每一个人的事业不一定都要惊天动地，垂名千古，只有适合自己的，才是最好的。

　　做自己的伯乐，发现自身的闪光点，认清自己奋斗的方向，把握自己，经过坚持不懈地奋斗，经过挫折的暴风雨，才会出现鸥翔鱼游的天水一色。

　　同学们，只有认请你的方向，走出失败的荆棘地，前面才是铺满鲜花的康庄大道。

　　在高三的学*中，同学们的主要任务是进行复*，在老师们的带领下，同学们正逐渐地查漏补缺争取给自己扫清知识点的障碍，使自己能够更好的掌握知识，在考试中取得更好的成绩。

　　大家好!不知大家是否明白“节能”和“低碳”这两个词的意思?我想当然明白。“节能”不就是节约能源吗?“低碳”不就是降低碳排放量吗?是啊，的确简单。我们经常把它们挂在嘴边。但是，你真的理解它们吗?它们真的深深扎根在你的心底了吗?

　　以前，地球母亲留给我们丰富的能源使我们兴高采烈，感叹地球上的能源取之不尽，用之不竭，此刻，最新统计证明，石油将在50年后枯竭，煤还能够供人类使用200年;以前，物资、能源的浪费多么猖獗，此刻，“节约光荣，浪费可耻”成了新一代的口头禅;以前，“发展第一”，环境问题被忽视的状况时常发生，此刻，可持续发展，与大自然和谐相处成了最大的课题。不难看出，环境问题在不断被人们重视。

　　尽管如此，环境问题仍然严峻，节能减排、低碳生活迫在眉睫。在哥本哈根气候大会上，这一影响人类命运的问题却迟迟无法达成协议。在生活中，开着大排量汽车，购买含氟空调、冰箱，含磷洗衣粉，夏天把空调开着低温还一边裹着被子，日光灯彻夜长明，水龙头滴水声日夜不息这些影响环境的现象屡见不鲜。

　　如果整个社会是大海，每个人就是一滴水，大海的污染，影响着每一滴水，也需要每一滴水努力帮忙净化污染。美国总统肯尼迪说过：“不要问国家能为我们做些什么，先要问自己能为国家做些什么。”低碳生活需要人人参与!

　　大家还记得熄灯一小时活动吗?假设每个家庭的灯都是五十瓦，每家有五盏，如果有一亿五千万人参与，按每家三口人算，那就是五千万家，一共就是四百五十亿瓦电。同学们，这是整整四百五十亿瓦电啊，这些电能够抵得上多少个三口之家全年的用电量啊。如果我们每一天都节约用电，那么，全国十三亿人，全年能节约的电量将是四百五十亿瓦的多少倍?这样的话，不就做到低碳了吗?

　　况且，要使生活低碳、绿色的方法还有很多，如：少开私家车，多坐公交车;少用纸巾，多用手帕;开空调时多开一度，这样能够减少百分之七的电力;不用干衣机烘干衣服，让衣服自然晾干，这能够减少2300克的二氧化碳排放量等。

　　同学们，让我们行动起来吧，从身边做起，从此刻做起，一齐加入低碳生活的行列，成为低碳达人吧!也许我们的行动很微不足道，但用我们聚沙成塔的信心和力量能汇聚成地球绿色的期望!只要我们凝聚每一份力量，减少每一千克碳排放，在二氧化碳减排过程中，普通民众同样也拥有改变未来的力量!

　　也许你多才多艺，但如今却如一坛酒，静静地在深巷中酝酿着自己的香醇，感受着“李广难封”的悲哀，那么请你不要再信守“沉默是金”的信条，快快向大家推销自己吧。

　　世常有千里马，而伯乐却并不常有。如果你不想做一个被岁月遗弃的千里马，那么就快快在原野上奔驰吧，尽情展示自己吧，不要徒留“老骥伏枥，志在千里”的悲哀与长叹，不要让自己空留有“心有余而力不足”的一腔哀叹。所以，及早地展示自己，是十分必要的。

　　当今世界，你我他也许个个都是人中蛟龙，但最终成功的也许只有他，因为只有他懂得在机遇面前尽情地展现自我，而你我在机遇面前，却只知缄口不语，希冀着有那么一个机遇来发现自己，殊不知“是金子总会发光的”永远只是少数，而不懂得展露自己的你我，则只能归结为历史进程中那*凡无能的浩浩众人中的一员。

　　所以，如果你是一个仍被藏在布袋中的锥子，那就及时地戳穿布袋，显露自己的锋芒;如果你是另一个毛遂，那就不妨也来一个“毛遂自荐”，续写一段佳话……

　　但是，盲目的自我宣传并不值得提倡。我们宣传自己的前提是自己务必有真才实学，所以，当你不具备足够的才情来让世人肯定你时，不妨适当地当一下深巷中那坛还需慢慢发酵的酒，待一切都已准备好时，再让世人为你的芳香美味而倾倒。正如梅花也是在蕴积了春秋的精华之后，才在冬天释放自己最浓烈的香气的。

　　同学们，当有一天你是那个具有真才实学的人时，就请用心地向世人宣传自己吧!

　　清新的空气中，似乎飘着什么味道，好像是小草的芬芳，好像是泥土的清新，还有万物复苏的味道。

　　小草刚刚从土里探出小脑袋，就马上换上了嫩绿的衣裳，它们昂首挺胸地挺着自己的身体，似乎在一瞬间长得很高很高，真是太可爱了！树上的叶子刚露出头来，就被一阵风吹得左摇右摆了。新鲜的泥土，好像被用水浇过了一样，摸起来湿湿的。你看，一颗颗小草多开心呀，它们一个比一个长得挺拔。走进这样的世界，深呼吸时吸入的空气，是那么的清新，令人的心情轻松、愉快。

　　春天下的第一场雨，雨水是那么的珍贵，用舌头舔一下，还有一丝丝甜意呢！怪不得小河里的小鱼们都争先恐后地抢着喝着雨水。

　　“沙沙沙”，针线似的雨滴从空中落下来，打在地上，溅起一朵朵晶莹剔透的水花，还散发出淡淡的香味呢！

　　大家好！我演讲的题目是“小事求大善，小节立大德”。

　　今天的这方舞台只给了我百秒的时间，不过，大家一定都注意到了，刚才，我用了将*10秒的时间整理了我的衣装，并非常郑重地向大家鞠了一个躬。的确，我害怕超时带走我的得分，但我更害怕不甚整齐的衣领带走我给大家的好印象。超时影响的是我的成绩，但有失礼节的表现则会影响我作为一名中学生的形象。我从来自信是一个雄辩的人，但今天，我选择了首先用行动来证明——小事也要求大善，小节也能立大德。

　　春秋时期的孔子是我国伟大的思想家、政治家和教育家，被人们尊称为最有学问的“圣人”。为什么孔子会有如此渊博的知识呢?《国学》课本里《孔子相师》的故事告诉我们，在日常生活中，随处都有做我们老师的人，我们要像孔子一样虚心请教问题。
