C：Comparison

In the present study, we analyzed…（主题）。

We found that…（Results内容），which is consistent with other studies（引出其他文献也有类似报道）. X et al. proposed that …, X et al. concluded that …, and X et al. said that ….

这一块主要是按照逻辑顺序对重要的Results部分进行罗列与总结，每总结一个部分立马与现有文献比较，区分相同与不同点，并对不同点进行相应可能的解释。因此，这一部分可以写多个段落，每一个段落一个重点。

L：Limitation

The limitation of this study may include thefollowing aspects. Firstly, this is a retrospective study in nature, and thesample of the study is relatively small. Secondly, some variables were notevaluated in the study, such as …. Third, …. Thus, a prospective study with large samples iswarranted in the future. Nonetheless（转折，向读者传递虽然有上述不足，但是本研究还是有意义）, to our knowledge, the present study is the first to…. Thisinformation could be helpful in….

常用limitation原因总结如下：

①a retrospective study；

②some variables were not evaluated；

③the sample of the study is relatively small；

④the data were collected in a single institution；

⑤the differences in patient selection and surgical technique betweenexperts could lead to bias;

C：Conclusion

论文结论是结果的推论，揭示原理和规律或者实际应用上的意义和作用。

…issuperior to …in terms of …, but …is notinferior to …in terms of …. …arethe independent factors for …inpatients treated with ….

使用Discussion万能模板公式的建议
