电子邮件是工作中不可缺少的沟通工具。除了一些标准化的格式和固定句式之外，在英文邮件中，经常会出现或用到一些缩写，比如CC、BCC、NRN、FYI等。

什么是CC和BCC?

CC英文全称是Carbon Copy(抄送) 。BCC英文全称是Blind Carbon Copy(暗抄送)。两者的区别在于在BCC栏中的收件人可以看到所有的收件人名(TO,CC,BCC)，而在TO和CC栏中的收件人看不到BBC的收件人名。

Cc and bcc stand for "carbon copy" and "blind carbon copy," respectively. This meaning comes from the use of carbon paper, which was used to make copies of documents by pressing pigment onto an additional sheet of paper underneath. "Blind carbon copies" were copies that didn't let the recipient know it was a copy. Today, they are seen in emails where senders want to send the email to multiple recipients, with or without letting those recipients know it is a copied message.

CC 和 BCC 分别代表“副本”和“密件副本”。这个意义来源于使用复写纸，它用于通过在正本下方加压来制作文件的副本。而“密件副本”是指收件人不知道这是一份副本。如今，在电子邮件中，发送者可以将邮件发送给多个收件人，无论是否让这些收件人知道这是一封复制的邮件。

CC副本；抄送

CC是carbon copy的缩略语，过去科技不发达，人们使用复写纸（carbon paper）来制作副本（carbon copy）。现在已经很少用复写纸，但cc这一用法仍被继续使用，表示将信函或电子邮件同时发送给收信人以外的人。

When a person uses carbon copy as a verb for emails, they usually use the abbreviation, and add an indirect object after it. Example: Please cc all the department heads when you email the CEO.

当一个人使用CC作为电子邮件的动词时，他们通常使用缩写，并在其后添加间接宾语。比如：给CEO发邮件时，请抄送所有部门负责人。

Example: Copy my secretary on all your emails to me so she can update my schedule.

例句：把你所有的电子邮件都抄送给我的秘书，这样她就可以更新我的日程了。

CC也可作动词使用，常见搭配有cc sb (sth)、cc sth (to sb)。

BCC 密件抄送

BCC是blind carbon copy的缩略语，指发信人将邮件密送给其它收信人，而收信人不知道该邮件的其它收信人。

Used in an email when sending someone a copy of a message that you have also sent to someone else, so that this person does not know that other people will also receive the message. 密件抄送

BCC同样有动词用法，常见搭配有bcc sb (sth)、bcc sth (to sb)、bcc sb ( on sth)：

Send an email to the head of finance and bcc me.

给财务主管发一封电邮并密送给我。

He now bcc'ed his boss on every email he sent to difficult clients.

他现在给难缠客户每发一封电邮就密送给他老板一份。

FWD/FW转发

FWD或FW是forward的缩写，表示转发邮件，一般在主题栏中以“Fw: 主题名称”格式出现。如果要表示“转交给某人”，可以用forward sth to sb。
