If you can’t get an online verification report for your qualification or degree, please go to Qualification, Degree and Transcript Verification
Go to "English Report Delivery" column
Choose English Translation and make payment online
Verification completed
View your verification report online

Choose verification type and make payment online
Wait for the verification result (about one month to complete the entire verification process)

Go to “English Report Delivery” under “CHSI Archive” to send reports to WES.
Send Report(s)
(Flowchart of Cooperative Application) Firstly, initiate an application on WES website. After you get the WES Reference Number and review the WES required documents , follow the instructions below to apply for verification report(s) and submit to WES through the CSSD—WES Portal Service. STEP 1: REGISTER a CHSI ACCOUNT Please use the name and number on the ID card/passport to register the account and apply for the verification reports. Make sure the consistency. STEP 2: APPLY FOR YOUR REPORT(S) 1.For Postsecondary Students (Graduated) 1) Verification Report of China Higher Education Student’s Academic Transcript: Go to Online Application Platform. 2) Online Verification Report for Higher Education Qualification Certificate: Go to English Translation (英文翻译) from the dropdown list of English Report Delivery (出国报告发送) in CHSI Archive (学信档案). Please go to Qualification, Degree and Transcript Verification to apply for your qualification certificate verification report if you graduated before 2001. 3) Online Verification Report of Higher Education Degree Certificate: Go to English Translation (英文翻译) from the dropdown list of English Report Delivery (出国报告发送) in CHSI Archive (学信档案). Please go to Qualification, Degree and Transcript Verification to apply for your degree certificate verification report if you graduated before 2008. 2.For Postsecondary Students (In-school) 1) Verification Report of China Higher Education Student’s Academic Transcript: Go to Online Application Platform. 2) Online Verification Report of Student Record: Go to English Translation (英文翻译) from the dropdown list of English Report Delivery (出国报告发送) in CHSI Archive (学信档案). 3.For Secondary Students 1) Verification Report of China Secondary Education Qualification Certificate 2) Verification Report of China College Admission Examination Scores 3) Verification Report of China High School Academic Proficiency Test (Huikao) Results Please go to Online Application Platform to apply for these verification reports. STEP 3: DELIVER YOUR REPORT(S) 1.Log in to CHSI Archive (学信档案) and choose English Report Delivery (出国报告发送), click Send Report(s) (发送报告). 2.Select university or organization from the dropdown list, and enter the requested personal information. 3.Tick the report(s) that you wish to send, confirm and send.Note: Pricing of CSSD's Verification Reports |
