Requests for Full Experience cancellation emailed on or before Friday, September 23, 2022, will default to the Virtual Experience and the change in registration fees will be refunded. However, if you wish to cancel your participation entirely, please indicate so and a 20% cancellation fee will apply. This fee is calculated on the total amount collected during registration.     No refunds: Cancellation requests for paid registrations received by email after Friday, September 23, 2022, are not eligible for refunds and requests cannot be processed.
