Introduction Blueberry (Latin: Vaccinium Spp) is a shrub of the family Ericaceae and the genus Vaccinium bearing blueberries. These sweet and edible dark-blue berries are rich in vitamins, mineral substances, anthocyanin, and antioxidants, widely praised as “King III of Fruits in the world” [1] . Blueberries are small, pulpy and thin-skinned with high water contents, extremely vulnerable to mechanical injuries and microbial infection. Blueberries normally grow to maturity in hot and rainy summer with very short picking period, the harvested fruits are hard to preserve and would become stale on the 2~4 d in room temperature. These are the major factors affecting the preservation, transportation, and sale of blueberries. 长沙 410125 ) 摘 要 为了开发应用于蓝莓保鲜的天然保 鲜剂,采用牛津杯法和试管二倍稀释法对 10 种植物精油的抑菌活性进行鉴定,研究了植 物精油对 2 种代表性革兰氏细菌 (大肠杆菌、 金黄色葡萄球菌) 及蓝莓中 3 种有害真菌 (链 格孢霉、指状青霉、灰霉)的抑制能力。结 果显示:肉桂精油、百里香精油对革兰氏阳 性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)抑制效果较好,肉 桂精油、马尾松精油对革兰氏阴性菌(大肠 杆菌)有较好抑制; 10 种植物精油中有 7 种 精油对 3 种真菌均有抑制作用,其中肉桂精 油、丁香精油、八角精油、百里香精油等精 油均有较强的抑真菌能力;其中,肉桂精油 对真菌以及革兰氏阴性和阳性菌均有强烈抑 制效果,最小抑菌浓度在 0.039 1~0.156 0 µL/ mL 之间;植物精油对真菌的抑菌效果优于细 菌,可以用肉桂精油作为复配基油,添加其 他精油应用于蓝莓的天然保鲜,以达到更好 的抑菌防腐效果。 关键词 植物精油;蓝莓病原菌;体外抑菌; 筛选 Initial Screening of 10 Plant Essential Oils in Vitro Antibacterial Activity Against Blueberry Pathogens LIN Shu-hua, WANG Wei, ZHANG Ju-hua * , YANG Xiu-lian Hunan Institute of Agricultural Product Processing, Changsha 410125, PRC 基金项目 湖南省重点研发计划 (2016NK2182) ;
