实验室仪器

   现在本研究室具有三室真空镀膜系统、膜厚测试仪、无水无氧操作系统、超净室、超纯水系统、电纺丝系统、扫描电子显微镜（日立S480）、光学显微镜、光学平台系统、光刻机、半导体激光系统、模拟太阳光光源、功率计、程控直流电源、多功能程控电流电压计、100MHz数字示波器、亮度计、积分球、紫外可见光谱仪、荧光光谱仪、光纤光谱仪、高电压系统（40000V）、高压力系统（1000大气压）、单色仪、程控高温炉（1200℃）、精密合成系统，以及主要由以上仪器组合而成的发光材料及器件评价系统、有机无机太阳能电池制备及测试系统，载流子迁移率测试系统、太阳能电池量子效率测试系统、太阳能电池阻抗分析系统、AC2表面功函测试仪等先进的制备及表征系统。

This laboratory boasts of different experiment instruments and apparatuses, including three-chamber vacuum evaporation systems, thin film thickness taster, glove box, clean room, the hyper pure aqueous system, scanning electron microscope, light microscope, optics platform system, photo-lithography, semiconductor laser system, sunlight-simulator, power meter, programmable power source-measure meter, multi- meter, 100MHz digital oscilloscope, luminance meter, integral sphere, Uv-visible spectroscope, fluorescence spectroscope, optical fiber spectroscope, high voltage system (40000V), high pressure system (1000 atmospheric pressure), monochromator, programmable high-temperature furnace (1200℃), precise synthesis system, as well as optoelectronic material and device evaluation system composed by the above apparatus. Apart from these, this laboratory has also set up a series of device fabrication and test systems such as an organic photovoltaic cell and dye-sensitized solar cell fabrication and test system, TOF system for carrier mobility measurement.
