个人简介

杨秋娥，现任福建农林大学资源与环境学院，“闽江学者”特聘教授，硕士生导师。2018年毕业于英国卡迪夫大学（Cardiff University），获得哲学博士学位，2018-2020年，在卡迪夫大学医学微生物系从事博士后研究。目前主要从事细菌抗生素耐药性的产生和传播、耐药细菌的适应性代价和进化等方向的研究；研究土壤生物复合污染中新型污染物抗生素抗性基因的传播与扩散机制及其健康风险。共发表学术论文18篇，其中第一作者及通讯作者SCI 论文7篇，包括Nature Communications, The ISME Journal, FEMS microbiology reviews, Environment International, Scientific Reports, Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy等国际知名杂志。
